How to support someone through tragedy & pain

Hey, there! AmyK here.

There are times in life when we are at a loss for words.

And we get anxious that what we might say will trigger rather than soothe and comfort.

So normal. So understandable.

In these moments, the best thing to do is to lead with love and be a witness to their experience.

In this short video, I share one example of what you can say to honor what someone else is going through.

I encourage you to use these words, or find your own, and know, that if you can’t find the right words in a given moment, you can always ask, “May I hug you?”

To supporting those in pain by connecting heart to heart.

Hugs,

AmyK
